How to Reduce STRESS!!!

I had been stressful because of some much paper I have to write, homework, and family problem. I not know what to do until I went online and find the website http://www.webmd.com/balance/stress-management/features/blissing-out-10-relaxation-techniques-reduce-stress-spot .
In this website Here are 10 ways to reduce stress, I can't wait to use them. Hope they work.
1. Meditate

10. Take an Attitude Break
      Creating a positive emotional attitude can also calm and steady your heart rhythm, contributing to feelings of relaxation and peace.
